- In Stage One of the judging process, panels of independent highly acclaimed senior brand marketers, online publisher representatives and agency professionals (media and creative) will evaluate and score each submission online.
- A shortlist of entries in each category will be determined.
- In Stage Two, panels will convene in Sydney for a review of the category shortlists and following discussion and voting, finalists and winners in each category will be determined.
- Finalists will be notified in early June 2010.
- Winners will be announced on 22 July 2010 at the IAB Australia Awards presentation to be held at The Hordern Pavilion.
- Judges reserve the right not to award a winner in a category if the entries submitted are not of an acceptable standard.
- The judges’ decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.

TROPHIES
- All winning entries receive one trophy and the trophy will be presented to the entrant who made the winning submission. A maximum of one agency and one marketer can be credited on the trophies given to the winning entries; the campaign name, submitting agency and marketer will be engraved on the trophy.
- If your entry is a winner, you can purchase exact duplicate trophies post event.
